Faith Academy Junior High presented a Christmas Play that was truly unique and special. It was full of songs, skits, dancing, joy, laughter, and a reminder of the true meaning of Christmas, the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ! Thanks to Mrs. Whitehead and every junior high student who was a part of this wonderful Christmas Celebration. Y'all are AWESOME!

Baby, It's Cold Outside!

Karlie wanted to have a photo taken with her "baby" Zoie to put on a Christmas Card. Don't they look adorable in their Christmas sweaters?
If that didn't put you in the Holiday Spirit, then maybe the next photo will.

Just Got Started Loving You
Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Flagmeier!

As promised, I am sharing a few of my favorite images from Mike and Sabina's Wedding Day last month.

They had a traditional catholic ceremony in a beautiful San Antonio church, and a lively reception at the elegant Sheraton Gunter Hotel downtown San Antonio. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were so fortunate to have enough daylight left to stroll the Riverwalk for some great group photos!

You can tell by these photos that the bridal party was a LOT OF FUN to work with!

WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?

This photo was taken during the WEDDING RECEPTION! I see the groom, and several groomsmen, and if you look real close, you can find the official videographer! But they aren't Toasting the Bride, or dancing the Dollar Dance, or eating weddnig cake, they are . . . BUSTED is what they are!!! I followed them down to the hotel bar where there was apparently a VERY IMPORTANT FOOTBALL GAME on the Big Screen! LOL!
Just kidding, they are all great guys, and they were only gone for a few minutes . . . really!
Thank you, Mike and Bina, for allowing me to capture the images of your special day.
Lots of Love to You Both! <3

Are you ready for some co-ed football?
Sunday afternoon was perfect, blue sky, lots of sunshine and I spent it in the park with a group of young professionals who were competing in an office-wide flag football tournament.
As I had never met most of these weekend warriors before, it was kind of hard to imagine them wearing business suits, sitting behind a computer!
Enjoy the slideshows of these KPMG employees working off their 9 to 5 stress!

In Memory of Coach Sab

Today, our beloved J.D. Sabrsula, "Coach Sab" went home to Heaven, leaving giant shoes to fill at our school and a huge empty space in our hearts. Tonight's football games were dedicated to him, and both junior high and varsity teams were victorious! I will share more photos of these games later, but earlier in the week, I had the privilege of taking photos of our athletes at Faith Academy.
Because Coach Sab loved to have a good time, I am going to post some of my "in-between" shots where I captured just a little bit of craziness! I hope you smile and laugh as you see our Knights having fun!Hey coach, should we pose like this?

How 'bout this?
Maybe not.
So what - I'm a Rock Star!
Welcome to Part 1 of Hollie's Senior Photoshoot. It took me forever to choose a few favorites for my blog
because she is a beautiful girl and there
because she is a beautiful girl and there are no bad pics in the bunch! I think you can tell by the sparkle in her eyes that Hollie is a really fun person to be around.

Okay. Here is the last one for now. The red Mustang suits her personality, don't you think?

The second part of her Senior Shoot will be scheduled soon, and you'll have a chance to see Hollie "in a different light"!
Isn't She Lovely?

Since Mike finally got to see his Bride in her beautiful wedding gown last Saturday as they exchanged vows, I can now share a few of my favorite pictures from Sabina's bridal photoshoot.

She looks lovely in these photos, but I will tell you all that on her wedding day she looked positively radiant. Please check in again soon as I will be posting a few images from their wedding day in the next few weeks.

Sisters? No -- but our moms are!
These two beautiful girls are cousins who hadn't seen each other in five years. I had the privilege of capturing their "girls day out" last week.
It was non-stop giggles and smiles as they posed and modeled for me . . .
One of the girls gave me her favorite quote . . .
"God made us cousins because He knew our moms could not handle us being sisters!"

And here is one that Grammy will be proud to frame and hang on her wall!

Mike and Sabina
Meet our November Bride and Groom, Mike and Sabina
We just returned from shooting
Sabina's Bridal Portrait, and while I can't show you THOSE photos yet, I would like to share a few from their engagement session this past summer.
This pose will forever be known as
"The Tarzan" thanks to Sabina!
We had a lot of fun snapping them on the very spot where he proposed, and all around campus and a local park.
"It's a Love Thing"
I think the spark between these two is irrefutable in this image.
Mike, I can't wait for you to see how exquisitely beautiful Sabina looks in her wedding dress! She, along with her mom, were so pleasant and patient as we gave orders,
"stand there", "sit here", "fluff", "smile", etc. for well over two hours -- and the results are breathtaking!
Be sure to visit this blog again in November to see images of this precious couple on their Big Day!
